From Customer Service Pro to Fence Expert: My Journey

My journey in the world of fences started back in 2014. Yeah, that’s quite a ride, right? Before I found my calling with fences, my days at J.W. Business Acquisitions, Inc.., were filled with learning the intricacies of account management – skills that now fuel my passion for top-notch customer service at Blackmon Fence Company.

After honing my customer service and account management skills, I found myself drawn to a more hands-on field. This led me to Brasfield & Gorrie, where I started in construction, worked my way to becoming a carpenter, and eventually trained in field engineering. Here, I not only refined my craftsmanship but also gained a profound appreciation for the tangible impact of building and creating something from scratch. Working with wood and tools, understanding the nuances of materials and construction, I discovered a whole new dimension of satisfaction and accomplishment.

This combined Customer Service, Sales, Carpentry, and Field Engineering experience was a pivotal moment, as it steered me towards the world of fencing. I realized that fences are more than just boundaries; they are an integral part of a home’s character and a community’s landscape. With my background in customer service and newfound skills in carpentry, I saw an opportunity to offer a beneficial service to my local community. Fencing combined my love for working with my hands, my eye for design, and my commitment to customer satisfaction.
